Once students have graduated Hogwarts (and are at least 18 years old), they are invited to stay over the summer for the "Courting Season". A time meant for all graduates to court and romance Victorian-style. Despite not sending Sebastian to Azkaban, Eleanor is still haunted by that night two years later.
