To win more male customers and beat this patriarchal belief, these women barbershop entrepreneurs have devised unique ideas to stay afloat. They offer extra services after the normal shave like waxing, massaging, etc. This story delves into the challenges posed by these new barber shops to marriages and the wellbeing of men. This story is about the discovery of Mama Brandon on why her husband loves regular shaves even when he's conspicuously balding. Her discovery leads her to jail and eventually a national hero for other women.
