Before your grandpas death, he entrusted you with a letter, which he said to only open when you feel crushed by the burden of modern day life. Working at JoJa co. is not the life you dreamed of, so eventually you read the envelope that your grandpa left you and inside that envelope was a letter and a deed to his farm and cottage, located in Stardew Valley. You then move to Stardew Valley only to meet Shane. An alcoholic, who doesn't have many friends and is mostly always negative toward life. But maybe there's more to him then what meets the eye and maybe you two find yourself becoming friends or maybe even lovers... Yeah I know this is going to be a bad fanfic... but bare with me!
