When did it start? Neither could really pinpoint it. If you asked anyone else they would say that those two have always been that way, they've always had an intimate relationship. If you asked Cartman, he'd just say they were gay and would get married one day. While he was the only one saying those things, everyone else thought the same in all honesty.
