This Is a BakuDeku fanfic. Izuku's dream of being a hero changes after he got diagnosed to be quirkless. That dream had become a distant a fantasy but he soon twisted it into a new goal. He decided that no matter what, he was going to help people. He was going to do everything in his power to become a hero of his own. However, being diagnosed quirkless wasn't the only thing stopping him; his brain had been growing a tumor and blocking important parts of his life. Marinette having enough of her class bullying her and taking care of Paris makes a run for it after taking the miraculous box from its hiding place. Kaalki teleports her somewhere and three people find her and take her in. A while later a boy by the name Damian takes an interest in the Parisian girl.
