Connor chose to prioritize his programming over Anderson's wellbeing, and this negligence resulted in the ultimate price: A human life. In a neighboring city, Ann Arbor, Y/N L/N is an up and coming detective in the area. After solving a case involving a deviant android, Y/N is transferred to the DPD where she is to resume the late Hank Anderson's investigation. Y/N is initially cautious of her android partner, hearing all too much of his inability to keep his previous partner alive. Y/N is quick to find out, however, that Connor may be much more human than she initially thought.
