In life, we can experience different problems that can blow our self confidence off. You can't say that you're alive when there's no problem that will give you headaches. But the thing is, can you cope up the problems that will come to your life? I wrote this book full of motivations. I want to help by spreading these words to those people who can't face their problems.

Continuing on into adulthood with a cycle of abuse and dysfunction raising children of her own trying to break the cycle but somehow never being able to. One day she finds her true purpose in life and realizes her worth so her voice that was hidden for practically her whole life was finally heard. Jules is forced to live a life in the psychiatric ward after her eating disorder nearly ends up taking her life. Stuck in a life that is contained within four walls, while she fights her battle with an eating disorder and depression, trying to gain control of the demanding voice in her head. Finally having to admit that she can't do it herself and faces vulnerability by doing so. She endures love and heartbreak but only she can save herself.
