One day during a mission, Michaelangelo finds a room full of crystals, created and engineered by the Kraang. As Michaelangelo got curious and grabbed a crystal, he transformed into...a human? But of course, all good things come with a sacrifice.

"It was jus' a nightmare." Mikey plucked at the fabric that wound around his fingers then forced his trademark smile to appear on his lips. "But it really wasn't that bad. Honest. Just shook me a little bit, but everything's okay now!" But it really wasn't. Mikey just doesn't want to worry his older bro with pointless nightmares, but Leonardo is a very smart turtle. Bro fluff!

Mikey fell into one of Leo's messed up portal and ended up in another dimension where time goes faster than it does on his home dimension, the place also finds itself in a violent war, he's forcefully recruited and now has to deal with the problems that will come by being a soldier and find a way to solve this mess before its too late, meanwhile, his brother are freaking out, not knowing what to do or how to bring back their little brother, hopefully Draxum can help.

Mikey one day decided to go top side while his brothers and sensei were asleep but when he sneaks out he gets caught. but when he reaches the top he wished that he had never left the lair. I do not own tmnt or the characters of tmnt

After a failed mission, Mikey feels useless to the team. So he runs away. There he meets a group of witches and their leader Shinigami and forms a bond with her. But when Mikey finds out Shredder's evil plan to kill Splinter, he decides to stop Shredder but it'll be at a cost.

During a vacation on April's farm, Mikey gets captured by Karai. While in captivity, Mikey finally tells himself the truth he'd been hiding from his brother's for the last 16 years. It impacts Mikey worse than he realizes, and Raph is the only one that can help him.

What happens when a close family begins to grow distant? What happens when the glue of the family can't keep them together? What happens when the one who needs his family's connection the most feels the strain on the family and can't fix it...? (Fair warning, I haven't watched season two! So I'll try and make it as accurate as possible. Although it is set after the Kraang invasion, so I have creative liberty. Also I might be adding some thing's, only slight!
