Tokyo. A city of blinding lights, hidden secrets, and stories begging to be uncovered. Ash Ketchum is no longer chasing Pokémon-he's chasing truth. As a young, idealistic journalist in the heart of the city, Ash wants to make a name for himself uncovering stories that matter. But when a strange whisper at a local event spirals into a chilling trail of vanishing scientists, encrypted memos, and a shadowy project known only as Ikari, Ash realizes this is no ordinary story. And then there's Serena. Brilliant. Composed. Artistic. With a past linked to one of Tokyo's most powerful design-tech firms, she steps into Ash's investigation with grace, charm-and secrets of her own. What begins as a casual collaboration soon deepens into something more, as Ash and Serena must rely on each other to navigate a world where nothing is what it seems. Mysterious symbols. Locked doors. Watching eyes. Every clue leads them closer to the truth-and deeper into danger. As shadows gather around them and the stakes rise, one question burns brighter than all the rest: How far would you go to expose a secret the world was never meant to know? "Some truths are buried in silence. Others whisper until they burn." 🛡️ Disclaimer I do not own the characters Ash Ketchum, Serena, or any other characters, names, or visual likenesses associated with the Pokémon franchise. Steven Stone: Champion of the Hoenn region, Mega Evolution user, and avid stone collector. Although no one knows his past, or how he even came to be Champion, behind every gem lies an untold tale of formation... Nine years before the Hoenn Primal Crisis, a younger Steven Stone has been forced to study for most of his life to prepare for becoming the next president of the Devon Corporation. His entire life changes when he receives Meteor, a Beldum with companionship to offer and more than enough to say about it. Once the duo take part in and win their first battle, Steven realizes that he's meant to be a Pokémon Trainer and eventually leaves home. Not long into his travels, Steven encounters an organization of people with twisted morals and an even more twisted way of expressing them. It doesn't take long to discover what they want- him. With assistance from Meteor, a few new allies, and an intriguing girl named Arietta, Steven can only hope he's able to elude capture so the organization won't ensure the downfall of not only the Devon Corporation, but potentially Hoenn itself. Ash returns home after his time in the Alola region to find none other than Serena waiting for him. Serena tells Ash about the Torrent Region, a region known as one the toughest just to get into the Pokemon League. Join Ash and Serena as they travel through a new region together as their relationship grows stronger. Ash will face new and old faces, as well as learn the true power of the Chosen One as an old foe rises. I do not own Pokemon or any of the pictures used, only this story. But if I did own Pokemon, Ash would age, and this is how the next region would go. This book is rated Mature so I can do whatever I want, so no whining. Start Date: April 12, 2018
