What the governemnt and army officials kept quiet was that selected women, mostly women who were classed as intelligent, had been selected to train in different ares to assist on the frontlines. No word would get out to public as they knew it would be widely looked down upon, the women would train in private before being shipped out to where they would fight. Judith Moore was one of the selected women, along with three other women who she found to befriend through their training together as they trained to become paratroopers.
