El Coleccionista, conocido aquí como Enzo, es un huérfano humano de 14 años que vive en la Armada Naval de un pueblo de la costa, en donde trabaja como cadete. Un día, Enzo encontró a una misteriosa criatura marina. Era conocida por ser el monstruo que le hacía imposible el trabajo a los pescadores, pero el buen corazón de Enzo le jugó en contra cuando se vio incapaz de capturarlo.
