With the opening of the Pokémon League in Alola, gym leaders need to be chosen. Guzma is struggling with fitting in with the crowd now that he disbanded Team Skull. With people treating him like actual garbage he finds it is becoming hard to find people to get close to, until he meets a tourist from Kalos by mistake. *This story switches back and fourth from the POV from the reader and Guzma. (The Ash and Pikachu from my fanfiction are going to be females. And while I will stick to the storyline, some changes will be made. Especially for Ashley's character personality/development. For example, allowing Ash to capture Pokemon the male counterpart should have and shouldn't have been captured in the series. And Ashley to have Pokemon that I would like to have if they were real. Even though in certain cases, some Pokémon are classified as genderless, such as most Legendary Pokémon and all Mythical Pokémon. Regardless, in my story, the pokemon will have genders. None of them will be genderless. That includes some being born unisex like the Ditto and Rotom. I'm also going to evolve some of Ash's Pokemon in this fanfic that haven't evolved in the series.) This is a rewrite of the story The Grand Journey as the character will be someone from a world that is similar to ours, as this is a story that both me and my cousin will be working on together. You could also say that this story is sort of like my Pokémon Legends Arceus story but it'll be different, and yes Arceus will give him options of Pokémon.
