Princess Iron Fan always said Y/N and Redson were like fire. In their own, individual rights. But, there are different types of fire. That's why it works well for the twins. Redson was like the side of fire everyone knows. The side that scorched the land and destroyed forests, that destroyed homes and hopes. Destructive, aggressive, blunt, temperamental. He's like a raging bonfire, uncontrollable yet easy to quell. Y/N was the opposite. She represented the side of fire people often forget, the side that makes the land fertile and lush, the flames of rebirth. She was calm and gentle, yet held just as much strength as her brother. She was a roaring campfire, welcoming yet dangerous if the dangers are forgotten. But they balanced each other out. Y/N's calm deamenor making her the more formidable sibling in combat as others underestimate her. While Redson was the more formidable in academics and creating things. Still, they get along. Somehow. They work together and would probably kill for each other if it came down to it, if they haven't already. So, when they finally get the chance to bring their father back, they jump on it. Though, neither of them realize just how big of an adventure this will be for them.

A Monkie Kid fanfic! -- 500 [or, something like that] years ago, back when Sun Wukong was hardly anything more than a laughingstock, The Six-Eared Macaque found himself at a new point in his life: Mentor. Of whom? A little girl, mysterious, and orphaned, Macaque took her in with sympathy, training her to master her abilities, the Element of Ice. When the self-proclaimed 'Monkey King' and Macaque fell apart, Macaque wanted to protect her, prevent her, from ever getting involved in his quarrels. By doing so, he used his abilities to trap the girl in the ice, and that was where she remained, heart cold and bitter due to rage and spite, one day waiting for her to return and wreak havoc on Macaque. We head to present day, when the protegè of Monkey King, the 'Monkey Kid,' is unknown to the dangers of the one called 'The Lady Bone Demon,' and her new ally... SEASON TWO: Kayla has just defeated an ancient evil, and is now enjoying her summer with her friends! Let's just hope things go well...

MK was orphaned at a young age. He doesn't know why he's never felt normal, doesn't know why he's never fit in and he certainly doesn't know that his actual parents are Sun Wukong and Macaque. This is MK's journey through life, trying to figure out who he is, where he came from, and why his balance sucks. (Most of this is set at the beginning of the actual show except the first two chapters which are before. This is just an excuse to write my two favourite Monkey's being dad's to Mk basically. Lot's of miscommunication is about to occur.)
