Alternative ending to tv show bates motel. Norma woke up in the hospital, finding out that Norman tried to kill her. Norma is left speechless with such news, and Alex Romero knew he has to be there for her now more than ever. Both get lost in grief together until the unthinkable happened, which is a journey they need to figure out together.

Married life with Alex is going great, better than great, the motel is successful and life in general seems to be on the up for Norma until she meets a fiery young girl with the weight of the world on her shoulders and several dark secrets that could scare off anyone, but not Norma, she doesn't scare easily. This is a story of unlikely friendships, unbreakable bonds, hardships, pain, love, compassion and hope. Not my usual type of story, but something a little new.
