One late night event between Ian and Anthony leads to Ian finding out shocking news about his body. The bizarre and seemingly impossible news is getting to be too much for Anthony to handle, but can Smosh keep their promise of friends forever, or will it cause them to go their separate ways?

Ian and Anthony are keeping a very big secret from each other. Who will be able to keep his secret longer?

Ian leaves a suicide note for Anthony...

Ian and Anthony are finally on college. But in the instant the stepped in, Anthony changed, now he flirts with every girl and bangs everything that moves almost every night. Ian has really strong feelings for him, and after a little incident (not so incidental) for a second thought that Anthony had the same feelings for him. Maybe he does, but he keeps hurting Ian again and again. He never realizes that until a really 'hot' guy steps on Ian's life. Now Anthony's jealouse and mad. He'll do anything to get Ian back...or not?

What do you think will happen after Smosh ends? Well, Ian thought Smosh never would end. As soon as Anthony married Kalel and moved away to aspire an acting career, it left Ian in a trance. He was left on his own to make videos. It wasn't the same without Anthony. Over the years, Ian became very mentally unwell. He also loved Anthony so much that he couldn't get him out of his mind. This story is about how Ian overcame his illness.

Does Anthony honestly regret the decisions he's made up to this point?
