A deadly disease breaks out, and the contestants must try to stay healthy, even while this plague is spreading rapidly. How will they survive? How will they avoid this illness? It's up to them to keep eachother alive.

BFB gets canceled, everyone is shocked, Four and X say that they have to leave. Some are enraged by this, some are upset, some are not affected, while... something takes this as a chance to wreak havoc among the 64 former contestants. Turning them against their own teams.
