17 year old Percy returns from defeating Gaea, Annabeth died leaving a heart-broken demigod who leaves camp. He goes to his mother's place and spends two days there, when he finds a note when he returned from school...he walks to the bedroom and gasps, crying silently. His mother and Paul are dead in bed. Percy goes to the phone to report it to the police. They find out that Percy has an uncle, names Tony Stark, an annoying person who loves attention. How will Percy put up with the newfound fame and depression. While Fury is keeping an eye on Percy, Tartarus is rising for revenge (in sequel) but also a titan too. Will the Avengers need Percy's help.

After the giant war, Percy Jackson's sanity was completly broken.Jason is gone. Piper is gone. Leo is gone. Frank is gone. Hazel is gone. Annabeth is dead. They all left Percy but at what cost? At the cost of Gaia's defeat. When Nick Fury thinks that Earth is threatened by Percy Jackson, Fury sends the Avengers to retrieve him. What will Percy do? Join him or fight? Will Percy be able to cope with his flashbacks?

Percy Jackson thought that he would be able to settle down after the giant war, but we all know nothing ever goes well for Percy Jackson. He is accused of working for Gaea and is punished with execution he is saved just in the nick of time by two people claiming to be Chaos and Order the creator. They give him her blessing and sets him out to create balance with the whole universe at his fingertips. he becomes a legend among the universe, one other's would not dare cross. In a time of boredom, he finds himself pursuing a bounty on a man by the name of Peter Quill with a sentient tree and racoon. Seeing the weapon in Quills possession he goes after it and drops the bounty on him. He then finds himself traveling halfway across the Galaxy looking to make a quick thousand Units for his new companions before stealing the orb back and heading to Order so they can lock it up for good. ~~~ Gamora groaned and turned away briefly; Percy wondered how he went from being the relatively smart idiot to possibly one of the only two sane people in the room. He wondered how his companions just got even weirder. He went from Demigods, Gods, and Satyrs to a green assassin, an idiot thief from Terra, a gray and red killer, a jacked-up Raccoon and a talking tree. ~~~ Book one in A Legacy series. Tony turned to Fury but Percy ignored him and just walked toward the Director with a smirk "Director Fury" and to Tony's utter shock Nick Fury smirked back "Yes Agent Jackson-Fury?" "Wait, wait hold up. Agent Jackson-Fury?" Even Steve had his mouth open in shock and Bruce looked back and forth between the two like he didn't believe it. It's been a while since the Giant War. Annabeth sealed the doors with her life, and promised Percy that she would wait for him in Elysium. Percy went into a rage, he destroyed nearly everything in his wake, and wielded the Master Bolt. The war was won, and Percy Jackson was again, offered a wish, he was too distraught to think straight, so his wish was put on hold. Sally and Paul tried to offer consolation, but he turned than away, and left them for good. He went missing after that, neither Poseidon, Hades, or Apollo knew where he was. Percy had given himself to the Central Intelligence Agency to maybe do something good for a change. He was too good at his work, and quickly flew up the ranks. Percy Jackson was dead inside, without Annabeth, he was only a shell of his past self. He could hear her voice sometimes, laughing, yelling, crying. He soon became one to follow orders. As the years went by, he gradually eased back into the world, and slowly returned to a somewhat normal state. Then he confirmed his existence to Thalia and Nico, who quickly told the Gods, but only that he was alive and well.
