Earth is my sanctuary. A home away from home but no matter how far you go a princess can never escape her responsiblities. As soon as I was starting to really settle in on earth I was taken and brought back to bring order to a planet in war. Populations of my people decimated within hours. Were they really worth saving? Should I stay and save the people who thought by instinct and reason, who had no concept of emotions or should I go back to my beloved earth, leaving them to their fate? Over the years of my childhood my parents made sure I always had a soldier or two with me as I went on adventures all over the palace grounds. At the time, my family always thought I was the goody child, my brother Axel was more of a stubborn fighter, protective of me naturally as well. Then around my 12th birthday, I came across a boy.

It may seem like Daisy Garcia is trying to help her mom with the bills from an outsider's point of view. But in reality, she's trying to keep her home and school life separate from her dangerous job, even if it means lying and deceiving the ones you love. I have other things going on in my life, and I have another story that needs my undivided attention. And I really want to complete it before I begin to write another chapter of Not Everything Is What It Seems. And when I do, the dialogue and narration is going to change a bit, but the story line is going to stay the same.
