Mabel has her father's power which is creation and hits of healing because of her mother's healing side. Dipper has her mother's power which is an Angel and hits of creation because of his father. Villains start to terrorize the next generation of heroes. One group figures out a way to make sure everyone's goal finally comes into action.

Bill returns but something is different about him. Bill grows feelings for Dipper after someone points Bills feeling for Dipper out for him. Would these two last? Can Stan and Ford except this? Would Bill hurt Dipper?
