While on a mission like the old times, the dynamic duo decide to crash a court of owls meeting. What they didn't know was that them being there was a part of the plan. They wanted to use their newly built machine to take "control" of Dick but instead they get Bruce. The machine made Bruce turn on Robin and injure him both physically and emotionally. What they didn't know was the machine had other plans. Bruce is fueled with hatred and rage towards one person. Dick Grayson. Can they restore him before Dick ends up paying the price? What was the exact goal The Court of Owls and Talon had in mind? Why target Dick grayson? Can the young justice keep Dick hidden from Bruce's hate filled rage? (I am going to be switching it up since this is a Court Of Owls story line with the Young Justice Dick Grayson. Some of it will be changed and some of it will be the same. I hope you will stick with this journey.)

What happened between Apprentice pt.1 and Apprentice pt.2? A Fanfiction based on Cartoon Network's "Teen Titans", which aired new episodes from 2003-2006. Robin's POV in Odd Chaps, Slade's POV in Even Chaps. Not Slash. Disclaimer: I don't own Teen Titans, a sad, sad story, but I don't. Publication Notes: Originally posted on FanFiction.Net from April 30th, 2006 to December 24th, 2006. Rated T based on FanFiction.Net's Rating System. This version eliminates Author's Notes and the Disclaimers at the top of each chapter. For the full version, visit the original posting of the story listed under my FanFiction.Net account linked in my profile. Finally, for context, this story was initially only supposed to be a One-Shot, a Two-Shot at most. However, it became a long, multichapter story thanks to supportive fans. (Thank you always for your encouragement! I wouldn't be where I am today without all of you! <3 ) Genre: Angst/Drama

Nightwing has been abandoned, first by his mentor, Bruce, then by Wally, his best friend, then by his second family, and now by everyone else. They blame him for what happened to Wally, they blame him for Kaldur almost dying, for Megan getting captured, for the destruction of the cave, and for keeping this all secret from them. Nobody asked him if he wanted to be left in charge, nobody asked him if he was alright during the invasion, nobody seemed to remember that he was only eighteen, nobody seemed to realize that he had to become Batman and protect Gotham along with Bludhaven , and nobody seemed to care about what their words did to him. Everyone knows that stress can hurt you, that you should try to get unstressed when you are stressed. However, some people can't, and so, what happens to them? Warning: language is used, and has some depressing thoughts. Read at your own risk.

Thirteen is an unlucky number for most, but for Dick Grayson, it's haunting. It followed him like a demon, watching him stumble and make mistakes until he fell into Slade's dark, iron grip. The chokehold of an apprenticeship tearing what was left of his crumbling world into pieces. He was no longer a hero, but dragged from the light and forced into the darkness.

Everyone was distraught when Wally had disappeared. Who wouldn't? But everyone knew that none of their grieving didn't even compare with Dick's. Wally's best friend. Even his own girlfriend, Artemis, didn't stand a chance to how hard Dick had taken the blow. Especially when it happened directly in front of him. Dick was completely shut off from the team, and most of his family as well, only his two remaining brothers, Alfred and Bruce, were the only ones that were able to actually talk to him. But even then, they were lucky to get more than five sentences out of him. Dick was either locked up in his room or in the Batcave, working on the Batcomputer. No one could seem to reach him. But what will happen when Dick finds himself confronting the newest vigilante and finding someone he knew under the helmet? And when his best friend's hologram starts talking to him, seeming to direct him how his best friend could come home. #17 Damijon on 5/10/2024 #20 Batboys on 8/29/2024

After Robin is nearly beaten to death, Slade's friend intervenes on Robin's behalf and demands they start anew.
