Challenging the cynicism of determination, both scientific and theological, is a necessity for the inquistive mind looking to break free from the chains of our current reality. All shifters seeking to shed the perpetuated self-doubts drummed into our subconscious minds that become limiting beliefs which hold back the shifter from shifting, need to read up about the science behind shifting, including Schrodinger's Cat, Hugh Everett's Many Worlds theory, simulation theory, and all the latest advances in quantum physics, to fully understand there is more to life than the here and the now. So long as society continues to view consciousness operating within fixed parameters, determined by physiology, social environment or divine plans / fate, our only experienced reality will be forever determined by outside doctrines rather than our own free will, enslaving ourselves into a lifetime of unhappiness, low self-worth and victimhood from which we struggle to escape. The paradigm shift of reality shifting, offers a means of liberating self-determination whether temporary or permanent, which was not widely accessible prior to the advent of the world wide web. To assure yourself reality shifting (quantum jumping) is real, read on, and discover how some of the sharpest minds of science validate a multiverse of many realities which you can now experience for yourselves.

The purpose of this guide is to have a place where I can access all of the information I need while shifting. I am not an experienced shifter and have not yet shifted, but I wanted a guide I could refer back to when needed.
