Hey so this is a fan-fiction of the 4th book of folk of the air. I do not own these characters. And I do not own the original story line of the past books either. This is just what I would want to happen after the ending. Also this could be taken as 5th book as well. But I did not consider the novel inspired by Cardan in this. Turns out most people can't get ahold of Cardans letters to Jude. Some weren't even aware Holly Black actually wrote them. These letters ripped my heart out and I want to share that joy with you all. Hi guyss, this started out as basically just fluffff. Jude and Cardon's first child. Whats it gonna be like? What is it gonna change? But now it has that little bit of danger, drama, fear. And of course, love.

Carden and Jude have been married for five years. And their subjects as well as the royal court is telling Carden to take on additional lovers, like his father and the kings before him. Carden had seen how bad it had gotten, first hand seat to the hate from his fathers other wives, and children, they had hated each other, and Carden refused to even simply kiss, or lay hands on any other women who isn't his wife. But Jude....has a different take on the story, and her thoughts.
