Lorsque Jocelyne Fray se fait kidnapper, Clary sa fille va tout tenter pour la sauver. Son chemin et celui de ses amis vont croiser Wolfstride Faith une femme pas tout à fait comme les autres. Ils découvriront que cette dernière est en quête de vengeance. Une alliance se crééera entre eux avec pour seul objectif: tuer Valentin, mais également un mystérieux sorcier noir. Le petit groupe va alors voyager de découverte en découverte qui pourrait grandement influencer le futur. Entre amour, suspense et trahison, ils ne sont pas au bout de leur surprise. Pour les besoins de la fiction certains événements de la série risque de changer. Les personnages ne m'appartiennent pas sauf Faith et Cassie.
