Princess Akileen lives in the world of Fielas in the land of Blinthicatine. All she wants is to have an adventure and get out of the palace. One day she does and meets a girl who doesn't know that she is a princess. They soon become fast friends and meet every chance Akileen can get out. One day they decide to go out of the village on their birthdays, which are on the same day, and the night of the eclipse. They go out and have fun but when they try to get back into their village they find out that it has vanished! How will they get back to their parents? And will Akileen find out who she really is?
