Mistakes were made. A lot of crazy stuff happened. Somehow, multiple people have superpowers. River Michaels is one of these people. She lost two sets of parents, and now she's a fugitive on the streets. She wants to help people, but she can't even use her own powers without damaging herself. Elsewhere, other teenagers are struggling too. If only they weren't so alone... Okay, Calm down. I did not steal this idea from @FanatsyQu33n21, I promise. We have somewhat similar stories, granted, but that's because we came up with the idea together. We kinda had a My Hero Academia version and a version that was more like Marvel or DC. She wrote about the MHA version (it's called Outcasts), and I was like 'That's awesome. I wanna do that.' And I asked permission. So I'm writing the other version. They'll probably end up vastly different anyway. (But seriously, go check her work out. It's amazing. She's a better writer than me.) I still feel guilty for practically stealing the title, but she did give permission, so forgive me. (I'm sorry FanatsyQu33n21). Side notes: River Michaels is based on/was created by @FanatsyQu33n21. The hero commission is after Shinsou because of his quirk. They want Hawks to either kill him or bring him back to the commission.
