After nearly getting killed by his uncle in the August before fifth year, Harry's magic, in a last ditch effort to save him, sends him to a powerful person with a similar magical signature. That person just happens to be one that wants to kill him. One would think that in such a situation as that, Harry would end up dead, but with a psychopath as an adversary, things can get a bit dicey. The Dark Lord doesn't want a boring finale over in two words, no. He wants the excitement of the hunt, and for that he needs to get Harry into fighting form. This brings our young charge into the care of the world's greatest villain, as a pet. But what does that mean for Harry?
