𝐈. PEDRO PEVENSIE FT. {Book One in the Red Series} With World War Two ravaging the world, no one is safe and no one is happy. Despite their protests, Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie are evacuated from London and sent to live in the English countryside with an old professor. Scared and unhappy, only the youngest Pevensie child remains optimistic and ends up sharing her hope with her siblings in the form of a wardrobe that takes them to Narnia, a different world where they are the only form of hope to bring an end to an evil witch's reign of terror. Rosemary Bennett has no more hope left in her heart. Her brother and father are off fighting for their country, the former having gone missing months ago, and her mother ignores her, preferring the company of a bottle over her own daughter. Giving up seems the only logical plan of action. But when it finally comes to carrying it out, she's transported to a different world, with talking animals and a prophecy that doesn't involve her. Unsure as to why she is there, she must navigate a new world and ponder the possibility that maybe - just maybe - she doesn't actually want to die. - *Warning: this book deals with depression and suicide. Though mental illness isn't what this story revolves around, the act of suicide and depressive thoughts are intertwined with the plot and act as 'backseat drivers' to the novel.

{Book Two in the Red Series} Rosemary returned to England to find things just how she left them - her father and brother missing and her mother drinking in her bedroom. But Rosemary wasn't going to give up this time. She took charge of her family as the Pevensies took charge of a country. But it's been a year since all five of them returned to England, and when they are called back by Susan's magic horn, they return to a completely different Narnia. Magic has been dormant for centuries and men now rule Narnia but with brute force and terror. The Pevensies know why they've been called back to Narnia but Rosemary is once again left in the dark. And with Aslan making himself sparse, the five kids are left to their own devices to answer their own questions. Do they trust the exiled prince? Can they save Narnia again, and this time without Aslan swooping in to save them? And in Rosemary's case, why was she called back?

Edmund Pevensie was craving Narnia. He was craving the warmth, all of his friends and the ability to lead an army without being frowned upon for his age. He craved the attention, and to be someplace a million miles from his cousin Eustace, and of course, Edmund craved her. Princess Catherine was craving adventure. In other words, she was craving a distraction from the pressure she felt weigh on her shoulders, from her brother's lack of time for her anymore, and the ability to fight her own battles without being frowned upon for her size and gender. She craved a distraction from the boredom of Telmarine Princess life, to be someplace new and fascinating and travel like she used to, and of course, Catherine craved a distraction from him. It was just her luck she found something much better. [Book Two of the Edmund Pevensie series.] [Book One; 'BEAUTIFUL // Edmund Pevensie']

Edmund Pevensie didn't like girls. It wasn't that he thought they were disgusting, or had germs like the other boys thought, he just didn't think they were anymore special than anyone else. But then again, he didn't like people in general. And he only knew the girls from Finchley. Princess Catherine III didn't have time to like boys. It wasn't that she didn't want to get married like tradition said she had to or that the boys that she had lined up to chose from. But then again, she had her brother, Caspian, and that was enough. And she hadn't met the King of Narnia. [#1 Edmund Pevensie] [#2 Narnia]
