Rosalie wakes up in the box just like everybody else. She can't remember anything from here past, just like everybody else. The only difference is, she's a girl. In which the middle daughter of the governor wishes to be the first ever female surgeon and will stop at nothing to be so. However, will her plans work while she has to focus on her own health? Will she be able to do so while faced with the introduction of one Dr. Jack Dawkins, so insufferable and mysterious? Will she be able to do so with a possible love affair in the making?
