Jennie is a girl made of pure color. Loud, fashionable, and always wearing a bright smile, she steps into the new school session like a breath of fresh air. She takes her seat in the very front row, instantly becoming the center of the universe, bringing warmth and happiness wherever she goes. To her, everyone is a potential friend, and she is too busy shining to notice the quiet boy in the dark corner of the room.
Tae is the complete opposite. He is a boy of silence and shadows, sitting at the very end of the classroom. He doesn't talk to anyone, doesn't care about school drama, and actively ignores the rest of the world. To the classmates around him, he is a ghost.
But Tae isn't entirely detached. He has one exception.
While he gives zero attention to anyone else, his eyes always trace the front row. From his quiet corner, his entire world is centered on Jennie. He watches her laugh, her chaotic energy, and her bright smiles from a distance, content to be the invisible boy who only has eyes for the girl who doesn't even know his name.
They are a room apart-the brightest light and the quietest shadow. But shadows always follow the light, and it's only a matter of time before the girl in the front row turns around.
