Finally, the new castle's been built! Everything is finally going the SMG4 crew's way, and everything is as close to ''normal'' as it can possibly be in this world! Meanwhile, in a certain Starbucks, SMG3 begins to accept his feelings for SMG4 after years of rivalry and friendship, but hasn't spoken a word about it to any other members of Four's crew. It's fine, though. Everything is fine so far. Of course, that's just what Three thinks until one day, he starts to mysteriously cough up blue roses, getting sicker and sicker every day. Three other versions of himself now run wild in the mushroom kingdom and he has to stop them before the world learns all his secrets.

What would happen if the barrier between the Dream world and the Real world was uncovered? That's something no one wants to know the answer to but unfortunately for Dream SMG4, this is a question that needs to be answer since now Real World SMG4 can see the Dreams and the Nightmares.
