The story is about Y/N, an intern like employee that worked only a couple of month in the Laminax Laboratories, and unfortunatly for them, they accidentally got locked in the facility during the After Hours Protocol, and they have no idea what awaits them down there. If you already played Kaiju Paradise and/or are in the community, I advise you to check the Important Notes chapter to understand what stuff will and won't be in the story (it ain't spoilers).
