Once everyone left Nevermore Academy after the chaotic events that had taken place, Wednesday sets out with her uncle, Fester, to attempt to find Enid, her roommate, who fled up north after being transformed into a werewolf; not sure whether or not it's permanent. Even though Enid is part wolf and part girl, Wednesday won't leave her behind. Would they figure out a way to help Enid manage both lives, or will she be transformed forever?

After the events of last year, it's almost time to head back to Nevermore, Wednesday is staying at a dark motel as her parents are busy, only about a week until school starts up, but she gets an unexpected visit.
