{Completed} Copyright Β© 2024 Something that happens to us can sway our way of thinking and involuntarily cause us to develop some sort of barrier or coping mechanism that, for better or worse, may change who we are and our perception of things, but sometimes all it takes is a single thing or person to alter that notion. After losing his father to cancer, Ridwan's life became difficult when his mother remarried a man who mistreated him and his brother. When his mother refused to intervene, Ridwan stood up to his stepfather, only to be kicked out. Forced to care for his brother, Ridwan focused solely on success and revenge, aiming to bring his stepfather down. But his brother still believed in redemption, and it wasn't until Farhana entered his life that Ridwan began to soften. Through her love and patience, he learns that becoming a better man is possible-not for revenge, but for the future he could share with her. She was never the favorite daughter. Never the ideal cousin. Never the girl who fit into mirrors or people's expectations. Mishel Wahaj, the youngest in a large, opinionated family, has grown up hearing one thing - "You need to lose weight." From aunties' taunts to silent glances at weddings, she's been shrinking emotionally long before she ever tried to shrink physically. But on the edge of 18, something inside her breaks - and quietly begins to rebuild. Across the same bloodline, Rayyan Alvi, her much older cousin - a 28-year-old CSS officer - is everything she's not: composed, dignified, unreachable. For years, Mishel barely registered in his world. But when life pulls them back into the same orbit, something fragile begins to form between unspoken words, eyes that linger too long, and a past that refuses to stay buried. This isn't a love story told in flowers and fairytales. It's told in sajdahs, silences, self-worth, and slow healing. As Mishel fights for her identity, her voice, and her relationship with Allah - she discovers that sometimes the most powerful love stories begin when you finally learn to love yourself. A journey of broken mirrors, unexpected souls, and divine timing. Because when Allah writes your story... nothing comes too early, and nothing comes too late.

Salam u alaikum readers! I wanted to inform you guys that I've started making edits to this story. Some chapters are the same while some are completely different. Anyway, I hope you enjoy! ________________________ Anisa Malik. The famous confident hijabi in class 11-A. She's headstrong and beautiful but could be a short tempered kid when provoked. She's got her hands full and the handsome bully in her class just makes it worse for her. Little did she know, the annoying boy who never ceases to piss her off might be a bit more important part of her life than she takes him for. He might just be the one chosen to be her other half. Ali Hassan. That name sent girls shrieking and blushing all over. That was no wonder. His charms and looks were enough to send any girl's heart racing. And he knows it until he meets the only girl who plays hard to get. Her clear cut comebacks, her sassy attitude just sparks something inside him. Despite this feeling, he takes every chance to humiliate her. The only guy bold enough to step up to the confident Anisa Malik, he just seems to be the perfect bully for a girl like her. What happens when Anisa and Ali are forced to get married? The two can't even get along for two minutes in a classroom let alone spend the rest of their lives together. She's got her problems and this marriage is another one added to her list until the bully starts showing a side she has never seen. One thing is for sure. It's one shell of a bumpy ride.
