"Shoot her!"
The gun felt heavy in my hand, the metal vibrating against my skin. Her eyes, a deep, stormy blue, met mine. They seemed to hold a thousand unspoken words, a history I couldn't grasp. Who was she? Why did I feel this strange pull towards her, a mixture of fear and something else I couldn't name? I couldn't do it. I couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger.

A single tear rolled down her cheek, and suddenly, memories I had buried deep within my mind began to surface. They were fragments at first, flashes of light and color, but they grew stronger with each passing moment. I saw her face, her laughter, the way her eyes sparkled when she looked at me. I remembered who I was, and who she was to me.

--- I'll do it!
