Low self-esteem wasn't something Eijirou Kirishima liked to admit to having. It wasn't manly. It wasn't strong. It certainly wasn't heroic, but after struggling with his crippling self-doubt for a lifetime things finally seem to be turning around when he's accepted into UA, a miracle he refuses to give himself credit for. Katuski Bakugou refuses to allow himself to be weak enough to show his own low self-image. His frantic drive to be the best - and the only best - is manic and self destructive, so when he gets into UA and is anything but the top student he finds his explosive attitude worse than normal. Somehow, when these two boys met - drawn together as though by forces outside of the realm of the natural - they both seem to find themselves healing from their own damage.

Boarding school is bullshit. High School is bullshit, and Bakugou Katsuki wants nothing to do with it. Doesn't give a shit about grades or homework or any of that crap, and is more than tired of the damn principal breathing down his neck every second of the day. And to add a cherry on top of a the shit sundae that is high school, he gets reassigned rooms and ends up with a way-too-fucking enthusiastic Hair-for-Brains idiot who's probably got the biggest, dumbest smile he's ever seen. Of-fucking-course. ~ Kirishima's always been happy to meet people and make new friends. Needless to say, he's ecstatic when he's informed that he's <i>finally</i> getting assigned a roommate after a month of living alone in a dorm room. He's more than happy to welcome his new roommate with a smile and help him out with anything he needs. Für Gefühle kann man nichts, besonders für die romantischen. Auch wenn sie hin und wieder echt nervig sind, so hat das Herz sich eben eine spezielle Person ausgesucht. So ergeht es auch Bakugo Katsuki, welcher unbeschreiblich in seinen Klassenkameraden Eijiro Kirishima verliebt ist. Zwar hat er sich bis lang noch nicht dazu durch ringen können, ihm die Gefühle zu gestehen, doch er ist fest entschlossen es nun durch zu ziehen.

Der schlimmste Schmerz der Welt geht über den physischen hinaus. Noch weiter als jeder andere emotionale Schmerz, den man fühlen kann. Es ist der Verrat eines Freundes. Genau das muss auch Katsuki am eigenen Leib erfahren, als sich auf einmal alles um ihn herum ändert und er jeden verliert, der ihm bisher irgendwie wichtig war. Sogar die jenigen, von denen er dachte, sie würden immer bei ihm sein, verlassen ihn. So nimmt er die Hand entgegen, die ihm loyale Freund und eine Familie verspricht.

An dem Tag des 17 Geburtstags eines jeden verfärbt sich ein bestimmtes Muster, welches sich an dem Tag im Nacken bildet, in einer bestimmten Farbe. Eben dieses Muster verbindet einen mit seinen Soulmate, welcher eigentlich immer als Mate bezeichnet wird. Aber erst wenn beide Mates 17 geworden sind, können sie sich finden, da das Muster genau gleich aussieht und bei der ersten Begegnung nach dem 17 Geburtstag zu schmerzen und leuchten beginnt. Erst durch eine Berührung verschwinden diese Nebenwirkungen.

[Fortsetzung von 'Criminal Love'] Alles scheint in Eijiros und Katsukis Leben perfekt zu sein. Doch der Schein trügt und das müssen die beiden bald selbst herausfinden.

Kirishima hat eine verborgene Seite. Eine Seite, die niemand von ihm kannte und vermutlich auch niemand vermuten würde, dass er so eine Seite überhaupt besitzt. Doch trotz seiner starken Macke ist er letzten Endes nur ein Mensch, den einfache Worte mehr verletzen können als er es zugibt.

Dies ist die Fortsetzung von 'Is it all just a lie' ~~~ Eijiro und Katsuki genießen gerade ihre Flitterwochen in vollen Zügen und sind mit dem kommenden ziemlich zuversichtlich, als ihre Liebe urplötzlich unter Beweis gestellt wird. Ist ihre Liebe stark genug, um die Hürden zu überwinden, oder wird ihre Ehe und ihre Liebe daran zerschellen.
