No one expected that it would happen until it did. Earth was dying. We, the few who survived the disease, were all contained in cells with artificial light and oxygen and food in the form of pills. So when help came in the form of C'Riel, an alien race that lived in a planet called Xe'Krein, many people found hope. But I was wary. Why would the C'Riel help us? How did we benefit them? What I didn't expect to happen was meeting him. The fire-eyed alien. My alien. And then I found out, that sometimes answers to the questions we want to know are sick and leave you wondering if everything was a lie.

And some of the students--and adults--want him gone. Can Atan survive his first year of Trinity school with his life intact? Or will he mysteriously disappear without a trace? A mysterious box. Small, lined with red velvet. Z9 is sent after it, amidst rumours of a single word. Thunder. The first novel to feature Celestria's agent, Thunder takes Z9 through the streets to the rich and the poor, underground and overpass, firing, running, driving, diving, bathed in blood and drenched in sweat as she stops at nothing to recover the truth and stop a threat to Celestria's very integrity. The Given are a race of beings traumatized by a past that compels them to travel the galaxy searching for populated worlds - not to invade or plunder, but to protect. As the Given are not interested in governing or interfering in worldly affairs, their protection is seemingly benevolent. But it is not optional, or free. During a mission on a strange world, the legendary Given warship commander General Alta and his son Jehz are confronted by an alien who attacks Jehz and physically transforms him. The changes confound the scientists who attempt to determine their true nature but the secretive priests that rule the Given have their own theories, as well as a vision for Jehz's future. The powers associated with Jehz's transformation eventually make their presence known and both the military and the priests begin formulating their plans to use Jehz to further their aims. Meanwhile, Jehz continues his military career while trying to develop and understand what he is evolving into. The more he learns about how the Given operate and how they came to be, however, the deeper he questions his future among them. Will Jehz turn out to be a gift from the gods as some priests believe or the agent that causes the Given's imposing empire to crumble?

Astrobiologist Dr. Zephyre Edevane and his team of scientists find themselves in a dire situation when an unknown alien specimen is brought over to Nexus Dwelling (a station built for space exploration) from a recently dead planet called Corvus. Due to a dispute between Edevane and one of his close friends -- Alisa and David Quinlan, the Corvus was accidentally set free from its protective enclosure and fused with Dr. Edevane's DNA, causing a catastrophic mutation which turned the astrobiologist to a six foot humanoid hybrid with an insatiable thirst for death, killing almost everyone at Nexus Dwelling including his friends, the Quinlans... With news regarding the downfall of Nexus Dwelling, Shier Quinlan -- a trainee scientist prepares himself for a hurried expedition towards Nexus Dwelling in hopes of saving his parents and bringing them back to Earth. But instead of finding his parents alive, he finds their mutilated remains and soon meets Dr. Edevane in his human form. Unaware that it was his parents' killer, he helps the doctor find a way to escape Nexus Dwelling and get themselves back to Earth. There, Edevane meets Zeni Quinlan -- a regular farmer and Shier's sister who seems to have supernatural abilities to heal, regenerate and revive living things. Together, the trio embarks on a journey of self discovery and truth where they soon realize that the Corvus inside of Edevane is merely the surface level of a colossal threat that will possibly end all of mankind...
