Lucy and Tim met each other at a bar ten years ago. They were drunk and he was desperate, leading to her coming home with him and having a one-night stand. Shortly after she found out she was pregnant, but she never got his name, nor did she see him again after that and she ended up raising their little daughter alone. On the first day of her new job, joining the LAPD as a rookie, she couldn't believe who was her field-training-officer... OR: Lucy and Tim made a drunken mistake and Lucy never told anyone about her daughter Hailee.

Tim serves as Lucy's Training Officer (TO), guiding her through the challenges of being a rookie cop in the LAPD. In addition to his duties on the force, Tim is a devoted single father to his 11-year-old daughter, Olivia. Known affectionately as Liv or Livi, Olivia brings light and joy into Tim's life despite the struggles of being a single parent. Lucy has been a rookie for 6 months now and Olivia likes her a lot. They sometimes spend time together when Olivia is waiting for her dad at the station

These aren't official things that happen, just ideas I've come up with. I love the rookie and we need minimum 10 seasons. I would like to apologise to the Lucy fans for putting her through *trauma* in a lot of this.
