En algún momento, entre el sexto y el séptimo Lostbelt, Ritsuka Fujimaru tuvo una serie de sueños sobre un mundo casi completamente devastado por monstruosidades que no podían ser derrotadas. Estos monstruos llegaron a ser conocidos como Seaborn. Nadie sabe de dónde vinieron, salvo algún lugar del mar. Los Seaborn cazaban y devoraban cualquier ser vivo a la vista, como depredadores superiores maldecidos por un hambre eterna. Después de todas sus experiencias con los sueños, Ritsuka decidió tomar la iniciativa y hablar con sus compañeros. Ellos (principalmente Holmes, Sion y Da Vinci) rápidamente encontraron un Pesudo-Lostbelt perdido que estaba teniendo lugar en España. Por razones desconocidas, este cinturón perdido, similar a Faerie Britain, rechazó la historia panhumana. De hecho, los únicos sirvientes compatibles eran los extranjeros. Con una lista de aliados limitada, peligrosa y excéntrica, Ritsuka se sumerge profundamente en las peligrosas costas de Iberia, es decir, España, con la esperanza de evitar que se propaguen más desastres.
