In 1993, I immigrated to the US with my parents and older sister. Little did I know that besides the challenges of learning a new language, fitting in as a teenager in school, and adapting to a new culture and life, that I would have to do it on one leg. In this autobiographical novel, I take you through this tumultuous and challenging period in my life. What was the immigration process like in the 1990s? How did I adapt to my new life and a new environment as a disabled teen? How did I overcome depression, find friends, new passions, and my first love?

Born from a forbidden love and raised under the watchful eye of royalty, Lilliana-the Queen's dazzling niece-was never meant to be ordinary. She speaks the harsh truth, walks with purpose, and keeps her heart guarded behind a thousand secrets. When she crosses paths with the charming big brother of her new friend, Lilliana finds herself entangled in a dangerous game. Anthony Bridgerton: sharp-tongued, stubborn, and impossible to ignore. What begins as a battle of wit and will, quickly turns into something more -a slow-burning tension that threatens to unravel them both. The next question lingers in the air, heavy with intrigue and possibility-Can love truly flourish this season? Only time shall tell, dear readers, and I think that even the most guarded hearts cannot escape the heave of fate.

Olivia's perfect life fell apart in an instant. Now she's left to pick up the pieces and move on, but that's easier said than done when the image of her long-time boyfriend in the arms of another woman is so fresh in her mind. Brian Anderson thought he knew what the future would bring - until he was betrayed by the man he looked up to like a father. On a personal quest to right the wrongs done, the last thing he's looking for is a serious relationship. That is, if life wasn't so full of unexpected surprises. Heartbroken and distraught, Olivia's sworn off love for good. But a chance encounter with Brian, the man her heart never forgot, sends her life into an emotional whirlwind. Now the 28-year-old doctor is faced with a choice: take another chance on love or walk away never knowing what could have been... *** Dear readers, This is a complementary prequel to Where the Stars Fall, a friends to lovers second chance romance. You do not need to read it to enjoy the next instalment. It's simply an extra I wrote for those of you who want to know Olivia a little better. Also, for everyone who would like to get a feel of the storyline and the characters before diving into the next book. While WSF is entirely told through Brian's eyes, Before Dawn introduces you to Olivia's world before her return to London and revisits the day she meets Brian again, ten years after their story was left unfinished. Some passages will be found in both books. xo, Ana

How far would you go to protect the ones you love? A successful architect with a promising career in London, Brian's world spins out of control when the man he always saw as a second father betrays him in the most unexpected way. Left without closure, a year has passed and Brian is now more determined than ever to undo the harm done to the ones he loves most, his family. Even if that means riding the thin line between justice, revenge, and obsession... Immersed in his resolve, finding love again was the last thing on his mind. Until fate steps in and a chance encounter changes everything. Meeting Olivia again so unexpectedly, at his best friend's wedding, stirs up memories he had long ago put away. She'd been his first love, his kindred spirit - and the woman who left him without saying so much as a goodbye. Which doesn't make him want her less. He knows it, the moment she locks her deep green eyes on his. Even knowing it might be too late to repair what's been once broken, Brian refuses to lose her again and sets out to find a way back to her heart. But it's been more than ten years since their story was left unfinished. Will they get one last chance to make things right? Or will Brian learn that sometimes justice comes at too high a price? *** NOTE TO READERS: A full-length, standalone contemporary romance, Where the Stars Fall was previously published on Wattpad as Falling Home. This edition has been fully revised with added and edited content.

First shared on Facebook, 'The Legend of Black Wolf' tells about Dr. Quinn's leading man, Byron Sully, and the years before the series 'Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman' started. I've been searching the net to find some good fanfiction to cover the period of time between losing his first wife and meeting Michaela, but was unsuccessful in finding an adequate story. So, I've tried my hand at forming a story to fill in that gap to help explain Sully's character. You can follow me for future stories at the original site for these chapters, The Byron Sully Fan Page over on Facebook: www.facebook.com/ByronSullyFanPage or at my website www.carrieaulenbacher.com
