In the world of a man in blue, his adventures were delivered with the consequences of his opponents. Villains forgotten, betrayed, and murdered, all of them were taken down non-other than the blue fat Italian himself, SMG4. But never would have he have known, that his counters would fling right back at him, a critical hit. With an old foe finally approaches out of his anonymous silhouette appearance, seeking his revenge.

SMG3 just wanted to make himself a nice cup of coffee before the work day began, but when he takes a sip from his freshly brewed coffee and passes out he will wake up to a huge surprise. Three other versions of himself now run wild in the mushroom kingdom and he has to stop them before the world learns all his secrets.

After the event of Splits into Three everything felt like things were back to normal, that is until Three's boyfriend kicks down his front door announcing he has fallen under the same spell he did. Together they will learn the secret of the cherry potion and with SMG4 splits put an end to the evil gang's plan.
