This time, Lucille (Wren's mother) insisted that Wren go with Negan to get more medicine. When they returned, Wren's mother had an IV bag over her head, was tied to her bed, and desperate to have her beloved family as a meal. Now, 15-year-old Wren lives with her father in a place he called "The Sanctuary" where she was basically royalty, as the daughter of the leader. She would never say this out loud, but god. She was so desperate to get out.
