It is said that money is the root of all evil, well, that's a fair point but according to the Imara family dynasty, money is the root of all good. Being a highly influential and most feared family with a net worth of billions of dollars, the Imaras managed to take control of the wealthiest city ever known to exist in the African continent, Cuidad del Mar. The majestic I logo was on estates, roads, billboards, hotels, stadiums, shopping malls, clubs, casinos, hospitals and industries. However, a difference in opinion amongst the two alpha males of the Imara family stirs a series of chaos in Cuidad del Mar forcing some few people make an attempt of standing up against the powerful kingpins. This is the first book of a novel series set in the coast of East Africa. The story contains drug abuse, thoughts of suicide and not suitable for readers deeply endorsed in their religious beliefs. The places, characters and happenings in this story are a pure work of imagination and not related whatsoever to any events in the real world.

These are oft musings whose basic idea is the product of my daydreaming on an average day, where little wisps of forgotten memories, incidents take shape of lines and feelings with a nostalgia felt right there. It's an attempt by a person to take up challenges, to rid myself off my morbid thinking and dive into an art that I wish to be evergreen and relatable to everyone in some way. Come and live in a world where rhythm takes plentiful of space!

She was intrigued by him, he visited everyday at the same time, 2:47pm. She wanted to know his story, why was he here? Is he visiting someone? Her curiosity overflowed her. A Romance Novel. {Ongoing} Louisa had no time for a relationship. It was as simple as that, no other story needed. She needed to keep her real identity a secret if she wanted to truly live. He didn't fancy the idea, for a reason he is yet to tell anyone. Not even his family. He had scores to settle and he is bent on keeping his family safe in the process. Two souls lost in the wind, one running from a past and the other trying to escape from the present. When they find each other and realise they can help each other, their apathy towards themselves must dissolve for them to win, but do they have enough love to do so? Do opposites always attract? ~•~ Excerpt 💫: "Good morning." His hoarse, sexy voice slurred into her ear. Louisa would have replied with a smile but she couldn't. She was in a kind of bondage that only he could release her from and by the cocky smile he sent her way, she knew he could sense how much she wanted him inside her. "I'm inside you already, sweetheart." Damn had she said that out loud, Louisa swore through a coated moan. "Then move for Christ's sake." Her heated command was granted as he sank his fingers, deeper and faster into her soaked slit. "If you want the big guy, all you have to do is ask." His voice sent chills to her skin. Louisa tried to think but her brain wasn't in order, it was focused on the sexual bites on her neck. If Laura let him in would she be able to let him out, of her life? ~•~ Would John want to stay if he knew she was a fraud? Could he remain by Louisa's side despite his own fears? Max smiled and was glad that she couldn't see him. He couldn't remember the last time he'd actually smiled during sex. "Good girl." He slowly pushed a finger into her and found her soaking wet from her previous orgasm. "when I snapped the garter, did you like it?" She kept mute, but her body pushed out more liquid coating his finger. He added another one and moved it and out of her till she was moaning and thrusting her ass out. "Did you like it?" he asked again. "Yes," she whispered. He gently spanked her ass and she whimpered, drawing her legs together.

"You're delusional if you think everything is fine." Imagine having no say in how you act, look, or feel like or else face forever social rejection and judgement. How would you feel if every decision you made wasn't yours to make? Living in a world of chaos and corruption, everyone seems to feel that it's fine, like we're not all just some puppets tied up with strings, being made to do things against our will by those controlling the world around us. I'm sick and tired of being treated like nothing. I am more than that and I will not let them decide who I am. I will decide who I am, for, I am Brenna Lawson. I have been blind my entire life, since the day I was born and till the day I die. Or so, that was until some scientists in a lab discovered a cure for "blindness." But I'm not convinced they're completely truthful, sometimes the cure is worse than the disease and nothing is ever as it seems. =========================================== Written for JustWriteIt "a new life" Prompt. June 2019. Rated Mature for two scenes of Self Harm and for mild violence. (Better to be safe than deleted.)
