Daniel Valenzuela is a young bisexual masculine 18 year old guy from 1993, who has a complicated relationship with his parents. His parents don't support his sexuality, and blame it on the city life and his friends. To fix this, they decide to move from Mexico D.F., to Veracruz, to live in an inherited aristocratic mansion from the 19th century (1800s). Daniel is frustrated and angry at this change of plans, because he does not want to move to the rural life, and wants to stay close to his friends and his current girlfriend. On the day of the trip, Daniel finds out his girlfriend has been cheating on him with his best friend, and proceeds to break up on her. He becomes depressed and sees no more motive to continue in life, especially in Veracruz. His younger sister tries to comfort him, and advices him to find a guy, or girl in Veracruz. Once they arrive, Daniel begins to explore the huge property, and finds a linking in the Rose Garden in the house. Ironically, the house was owned by the De La Rosa family; an aristocratic family from the 1800s, who mysteriously vanished without a trace. Daniel finds a new hobby: investigating what went wrong in this aristocratic family. Later on, on a full moon night, Daniel is roaming the Rose Gardens, when he suddenly stumbles upon a beautiful young man dressed in clothing that look taken out of a time period drama from the 1800s. It turns out to be Valentino De La Rosa, a 17 year old feminine young guy from the Aristocratic family who owned this house. Daniel is confused, because he should be dead. Daniel soon discovers that only at night time, the garden becomes a portal that connects 1893, and 1993, 100 years apart. Daniel is fascinated, and keeps it a secret. As Daniel and Valentino grow feelings for each other, he realizes it's too late to go back to 1993, as the portal mysteriously disappeared. He is stuck in 1893.
