Alysanne Targaryen... Well... Supposedly Targaryen, was known to be a very short tempered, rebellious young girl. Because of her disobedience, it was decided that she should be sent to Winterfell to show her the real world and help her become a polite, presentable woman. And to Alysannes dismay...
