After the events of dragons rising season 2 part 1 *This will contain spoilers for season 2 part 2 so read with caution* Jay has no memories of life before the Administration. All he knows is the strict rules and mountains of mind numbing paper work. After failing a field mission, Jay is thrust into the dark side of the Administration, learning that there is nothing the organization won't do to keep their rules and order.
