I glance back at them and before I can ask, he adds, "I didn't kill them-although they'd deserve it and I'm sure your boyfriend would agree with me-in case you were wondering." I stare up at Monsieur Paon. If he were going to hurt me, he'd have let those two men carry on with what they were planning.
