Stanley and The Narrator, a pair never made to last. Creator and creation. "Let's go back just once and give Stanley one more run of the office, Then I'll retire him for good." Stanley found himself desperately attempting to extend this last run of his as much as he could but ultimately couldn't escape from the end after all. The end of the parable and the end of his life chased him relentlessly. And he was going to run out of breath. He awoke one day to sand and sky and the sun gliding over him. ---------------------- This is not going to include any romance, (unless you look closely ig) BUT hear me out, this is an emotional rollercoaster through the path I'm pretty sure most players go through. Just told in a dramatic pre release au Stanley and Narrator thing. Where Stanley - a real person- had helped the narrator cover all corners of the game and create new endings. (Idk man I just moved my hands and this came out. The epilogue traumatised me. )

it was a normal day in the parable when stanly just got back from a reset, but the Narrator dident say anything, strange. but when stanley heard the Narrator, or should i say saw the Narrator, is where thing get a bit strange, and or sexual. Stanley had been stuck here for what? years? He wanted out, and he wanted out now. Sadly, the narrator wouldn't let him leave, driving him insane. He just wanted out. He didn't care if he'd have to hurt himself or the narrator. If he got out, he got out. The narrator had been stuck here longer and when Stanley appeared, he finally had company. A friend even. Or so he thought. Plenty of times had Stanley run away or jumped off something to avoid the narrator and each time it'd reset. the narrator knew he talked a lot, but all he wanted was a friend. ------------- This is the first fanfic I've ever finished. It's not wonderful quality, but it was a passion project that I seemed to finally have the passion to finish and leave up for others to read
