It was not easy for Helena to move away from Manila to stay in Quezon Province, her mother's home. Living in her maternal family's ancestral house is similar to the hell she is living in the capital, but even though it pains her to live with her mother alone in the city, she will undeniably still choose to stay in Manila rather than to go and stay in a place she's unfamiliar with.
But as she spent her slow mornings, warm afternoons and uneventful evenings in the province, Helena learned that provincial life is not as bad as she thinks, especially when she has someone to confide in.
