This isn't related to the other Mario X Meggy fanfic I made. This is something for Halloween since I wanted Meggy in this year's SMG4 Halloween Special. Mario and friends watch a horror movie as a Halloween tradition, but one friend of his hasn't ever seen or heard of horror movies, so Mario will try the best to keep her calm. Edit: I'm using script style dialogue, rather than the "*blank* said" style in my other story, in case you haven't noticed.

(It's made me sad to see such a major point in Smesh's timeline be taken away, so I'm gonna participate in this contest too! Just a heads up, this may not be 100% accurate to the original, so sorry! I don't exactly remember everything!) Mario and Meggy's friendship starts to go to the next level, but along the way a few mishaps happen, such as returning rivals, angry dogs, and psychotic teachers. The growing friendship of these two will power through these troubles as something special sparks. Hope you all enjoy it! Let the story begin! Alternate title: SMG4 Mario X Meggy: Welcome New Galaxy Mario and Meggy's date during the Star Festival gets interrupted by SMG3 and Desti. They tie up Mario and Meggy and put them in a cannon, shooting them into space. The couple now has to stop the bad guys from taking over the now-stolen Mushroom Kingdom. They just have to get Power Stars first.

SMG4 and Tari are playing some video games, but something huge will happen when the game gets paused.
