Well, almost everyone. One day while protecting citizens from newly escaped Yakuza members, Shoto Todoroki and Minoru Mineta both get hit with the bullets. However, while Mineta loses his quirk, Todoroki still had his, and shot out ice at the villains. It becomes apparent that Shoto Todoroki is immune to the drug. This is due to his blood having a never before seen mutation that is classified as a new quirk.

This will likely a short story but I think I will aim to get more detailed in descriptions of things. Story 1 of 3 Todoroki and Izuku are kidnapped young and eventually saved by hero's. They have a close bond and as they grow up their bond gets even stronger. ------- I can't really think of a good description for this book I label this as Tododeku but it will be a close brother bond relationship for the first 2 stories of this series, book 3 is where the love relationship evolves.
